TGCHB in need of new staff?

It's fairly clear that TGCHB is not at one of it's good points, with inactivity, unfinished updates, and a lack of motivation from it's Staff. I, myself, even, am lacking a lot of motivation to continue on this project, despite the fact that I've been working on it for 4 whole years, and it's become a massive part of my life, as my first website, and the thing that led me to pursue programming. Since my partner in the project has almost completely abandoned it, I figured at first that it was dead, done for. But I continued to have ideas, hopes for the website and the world we've built upon. I've continued to study lore, mythology, and religion, and, quite honestly, I've got the best grade in History in my school year because of it. 
However, since I truly would like to continue working on this website, I think it's time that we get some new staff to help out. We'll be needing dedicated people who are wanting to help, and as long as you aren't flat-out rude, I'd love to have just about all the help I can get!
Listed are the positions and descriptions of the positions that I'd like to have filled.

-Advertisers; Advertisers are the people who advertise TGCHB on other websites, and manage affiliates. They make sure that TGCHB is advertised appropriately, and that we have new members coming in daily. There are no special requirements for this role.
Advertisers will have authority over the advertising section of the Forum. We are always accepting Advertisers

-Artist; While I can supply most of the needed artwork, it's rather hard for me to supply all of it, while continuing to work on...well, everything else. This role is pretty self-explanatory, and no extra knowledge is needed for it, besides the appearances of the things that need drawing. This job is going to be pretty relaxed, since we don't often need new art. We'll be accepting as many Artists as are willing to help.
Artists will have the authority to edit the Header, Default Images, and the basic powers of a Moderator. We are currently accepting Artists

-Coder; Not too much knowledge of coding is needed for this website, just enough to work on glitches, which are rare, and to edit new templates when we need them edited. Basic knowledge of HTML and/or CSS is crucial, but it's pretty simple stuff, so nothing too complicated is required. As someone who learned everything she knows about programming from working on websites, this is definitely a good starting point to learn. Any help with this is greatly appreciated.
People with this role will have permissions to edit the templates, pages, and plugins, along with the powers of a moderator. We are currently accepting Coders

-Writer; Writers are very important! With information given to them by other staff, they'll be writing articles for the website. Most of these articles will be informational. 
Writers will have the Basic abilities of moderators.

-Moderator; Moderators moderate the forums, making sure that people follow the rules, and removing anything that violates them. They'll be helping with character approval, Power balance within the alliances, and helping out members when they need help. This is one of the most important roles, so we need people who know the site enough to help others, or are willing to learn. 
The basic powers of Moderators include editing posts, deleting threads, locking threads, creating stickys, creating announcements, and deleting posts. Other moderator powers are editing profiles, warning members, and deleting members.
